ECLECTRICITY once again delivers a line up of epic proportions for the annual Boutique Autumn Festival set across the charismatic and visually stunning Custard Factory Complex. Eclectricity is without doubt one of Birmingham’s most popular music institutions. This will be the 5th Eclectricity festival to date with each event so far being a complete sell out and some of the most talked about events ever witnessed in the midlands. This is our biggest and best line up to date as we welcome GROOVE ARMADA LIVE as headliners....
Without doubt, the biggest act we have ever showcased…. GROOVE ARMADA are one of the most seminal live dance acts of all time. Having headlined every major festival on the planet including the likes of Global Gathering and Glastonbury, this is a very intimate environment for the band as they return to their roots in the dark confines of the Custard Factory Warehouse for this once in a lifetime show. You may not ever get the chance to see the band this close up ever again! Showcasing exclusive new material from their hotly anticipated new album "Blacklight" this promises to go down in history!
Also we are please to welcome CHASE & STATUS new LIVE show....following the massive success of their debut album “More Than A Lot”!. The duo’s versatility has fueled their massive success as they transcend the boundaries of dubstep, hip hop and drum n bass. In the past year their production work includes remixing for Jay Z and the Prodigy as well as collaborations with Snoop Dogg. They are one of the most talked about live acts of the moment having debuted their new live show at Radio 1’s Big Weekend…. Watch them blow up!
DJ support comes from house and techno overlord JAMES ZABIELA, dubstep legend RUSKO, breaks gods STANTON WARRIORS, DnB legend DJ HYPE plus UTAH SAINTS, KRAFTY KUTS and loads more…. Keep em peeled for the full line up as there is more to be added.
This event will be staged across the entire Custard Factory Arts and Media Complex, with Gibb Street being closed off to the general public to make way for an array of music areas and other attractions. This includes the lake in the centre of the courtyard, a disused engineering warehouse, art gallery, nightclub, 17th Century Library, Railway Arches and cafe amongst many other interesting and unique spaces.
We deliver a fully confirmed compelling all star line up across many genres with festival staging and production but without sound restrictions and an absence of over priced tickets and mud! An intimate and friendly club experience but with a big room carnival party atmosphere and festival level DJ’s and live acts.
Leading tastemakers in all leading forms of contemporary music lead the way covering electro, indy/live music breakbeat, drum n bass, techno, minimal, dubstep, progressive, hip hop, house, disco, broken beat and any other subgenres that can be created.
